Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Golden Bond Jewelry! We are committed to delivering your orders as promptly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times and exceptions.
Processing Time
- Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days of placing your order.
- Please note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Custom Orders
- Custom orders require additional time for production and are not subject to the standard 5–7 business day processing time. Specific timelines for custom pieces will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Start Date
- Shipping for all orders will begin on January 15, 2025. Orders placed before this date will be processed starting January 15.
Shipping Carrier & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to monitor the delivery status.
Delays
- While we strive to meet our processing times, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Return Policy
At Golden Bond Jewelry, every piece is crafted with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products and their custom fit, all sales are final — with the exception of defective items.
Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and assist with a repair or replacement.
Permanent Jewelry:
All permanent jewelry sales are non-returnable and final. If your weld breaks within 7 days due to a welding issue, we’ll happily reweld it at no cost.
Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Shipping:
Approved defective returns will receive a prepaid return label. All other shipping costs are non-refundable.
