Permanent Jewelry Event FAQs

1. What is the Bracelet Bar event minimum for on-site bookings?
For on-site events, we require a $1,500 minimum, plus associated planning, travel and setup fees.

2. Can you host events in-store?
Yes! Located just outside Washington, DC we host events in our Northern Virginia permanent jewelry store, we can host:

  • Small groups: 2–6 guests (perfect for bachelorette or bridal parties)

  • Larger groups: Up to 10 guests
    We also offer customizable party packages to suit your group’s style.

3. Do you offer custom chain or charm options for events?
Absolutely. We can customize specific chains for your event and offer clasps if desired.
Our Charm Bar includes a variety of charms, and if you book far enough in advance, we can design a custom charm just for your group.

4. What other specialty charm bars can you provide?

  • Bag Charm Bar – fun for personalizing tote bags or accessories

  • Wine Charm Bar – a great add-on to another service (must be paired with another event offering to meet the minimum)

5. Are events only available on weekends?
Nope! We serve 7 days a week and can work around your schedule.

6. Can you travel for events in other cities?
Yes! We travel frequently and can connect with trusted teams in other cities to host your event.

7. Do your welds come with a warranty?
Yes. All of our welded jewelry comes with a Golden Warranty for your first re-weld. If you’re not local, we’ll help you find a Golden Girl or trusted welder near you and cover your first repair.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — during the winter, we are appointment only. Book online or call us at 703-261-9649

This helps us manage wait times, maintain a smooth studio experience, and ensure every guest gets dedicated time to choose their chain, charm, and fit.

Same-day availability may open depending on the schedule, but booking ahead is strongly recommended.

How long does an appointment take?

Most jewelry styles and appointments take 15-20 minutes per person, depending on chain selection and whether you’re adding charms.

If you are a group of two or more, we recommend choosing our group option appointments

What happens during my appointment?

You’ll try on chains, explore charms, finalize your fit, and then we’ll give you a quick, painless weld — a tiny zap of light that connects your jewelry permanently. Your piece is fully customized and sized to you.

How much does permanent jewelry cost?

Pricing varies by metal and chain style:

  • Modern 14K Gold Fill: most budget-friendly
  • 925 Sterling Silver: classic and bright
  • 14k + 925 Specialty Chains: mixed metal, pearl, disco, and limited Golden Bond Jewelry timecapsule designs
  • 14K Solid Gold (Luxe): premium, heirloom pieces
